1. Ready-Made Jewellery

Customers purchasing ready-made jewellery online may withdraw from their purchase within 14 days of receiving their order, in accordance with applicable consumer protection laws.

Items must be handled only as necessary to inspect their nature, characteristics and functioning. Customers may be responsible for any diminished value resulting from handling beyond what is necessary to inspect the item.

2. Personalised and Custom-Made Jewellery

Personalised or custom-made jewellery created according to your specific instructions or clearly tailored to your personal needs is generally not eligible for return due to a change of mind, as permitted by applicable law.

This exclusion does not affect your statutory rights if an item is faulty, damaged or does not match its description.

3. Faulty or Incorrect Items

If you receive a faulty, damaged or incorrect item, please contact us at sydney.grafkap@gmail.com and include your order number and a description of the issue.

We will assess the issue and provide the remedies required by applicable consumer protection laws.

4. How to Request a Return

To exercise your right of withdrawal, contact us at sydney.grafkap@gmail.com within the applicable withdrawal period, stating your order number and clearly explaining that you wish to withdraw from the purchase.

Items must be sent back within the legally applicable return period. Return shipping costs are the customer's responsibility where permitted by law and where this has been disclosed before purchase.

5. Refunds

Where a refund is legally due, we will process it in accordance with applicable law. Refunds will generally be made using the original payment method unless otherwise agreed.
